Shipping:

• Delivery times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, method chosen shipping and product availability.
• Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the package, as well as destiny.
• Shipping tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the information follow-up.
• Store pickup: You can choose to pick up your order at our factory at no additional cost. This option is only available for orders placed in Spain.

Returns:

• Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days without need for justification. As long as it has not been used.
• Return period: You have a period of 14 calendar days to return the product from the date when you received it.
• Return costs: Return costs will be borne by the customer.
• Return procedure: To make a return, you must contact our customer service.

• Product availability: Products may be subject to availability. If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of canceling your order or waiting for the product to become available.
• Guarantee: All our products are subject to a two-year legal warranty.
