Filament calculator
Want to know how much filament you have left? 3D Filament Remaining Calculator
Have you ever wondered, "Do I have enough filament for a 3D print?" How many meters does a 1kg spool of PLA take? With this simple filament calculator, you can find out how many meters of filament you have left and check if it's enough for your print. Just select the material and enter the weight of the spool (including the spool). The app calculates the remaining meters. The easiest way to calculate the length of your remaining filament. Please note that these values are approximate and may vary slightly from actual values.
Meters of remaining filament: 0 m
The calculator is programmed with the values for our filaments. It should still work if the filaments are made from the same raw materials. Still not using our filaments? Allow us to link you to our online store. Print only with quality materials made in Spain.
How much filament does a 3D printer use?
The filament a 3D printer uses to create depends on various factors such as infill, layer height, perimeters, and all the parameters you configure for your part. It will also obviously depend on the size of the part. In most 3D printing programs, you'll see an estimate of the meters of filament that a specific part will consume. If you want to know how long a roll of 3D printer filament lasts, here's a table showing the meters of filament in 1 kg of PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, etc.

How much does a 3D printed part weigh?
If you want to know the weight of the part you're going to 3D print, you can use programs like Cura, which, once you've entered all the parameters, will give you an estimate of the weight and square footage of your 3D part.
