Structural performance with a technical finish
PETG CF combines the chemical and thermal resistance of PETG with the added stiffness provided by carbon fiber. The result is a material with less deformation, greater dimensional stability, and improved mechanical performance under static loads.
Thanks to its low warping and excellent interlayer adhesion, it allows for the manufacture of functional parts with tight tolerances, even in demanding environments. It is ideal for tooling, structural supports, technical housings, and components subjected to continuous stress.
Furthermore, its low moisture absorption compared to other technical materials improves process repeatability and reduces printing variations.

Premium surface finish
The addition of carbon fiber provides a uniform matte finish that conceals printing lines and eliminates the glossy plastic effect typical of conventional PETG.
The result is pieces with a technical, professional and high-end appearance, ready for integration into the final product without the need for intensive post-processing.
Perfect for functional prototypes, visible parts, and components where technical aesthetics are key.

Perfectly rolled
Each spool is manufactured under our NEAT WINDING controlled winding system, which guarantees an orderly arrangement and uniform filament tension.
This translates to: Constant feeding, Reduced paper jams, More stable printing during long jobs, Greater reliability in production environments
When you're printing parts that take 10, 20, or 40 hours, winding can't be a risk factor. It isn't here.

Perfect for outdoor use
PETG CF maintains its mechanical properties under varying humidity and temperature conditions. It offers greater thermal stability than PLA and better environmental resistance for outdoor applications.
It is an excellent choice for: Exterior structural supports, Components exposed to moisture, Technical parts in machinery, Light industrial applications...
Carbon fiber not only improves rigidity, it also slightly reduces thermal contraction, helping to maintain geometries in demanding parts.

Product details
Description
PETG CF is a carbon fiber reinforced filament designed to manufacture functional parts with increased rigidity, dimensional stability, and a professional finish. It combines the ease of printing of PETG with a significant improvement in mechanical behavior, reducing unwanted flex and enhancing the precision of technical components.
It's the ideal option when PLA falls short and you need a stronger material without complicating the printing process.
Carbon fiber reduces deformation under load and improves the geometric stability of the part. This allows for the manufacture of:
- Structural supports
- Tools and templates
- Technical casings
- Components subjected to continuous stress
- Parts with tight tolerances
Furthermore, it exhibits less warping tendency than other technical materials, facilitating the manufacture of medium and large parts with good repeatability.
The carbon fiber reinforcement provides a uniform matte finish that eliminates the typical shine of conventional PETG. The layers are better concealed, giving the piece a clean, technical aesthetic.
It maintains the good layer adhesion characteristic of PETG, with less moisture absorption than other technical materials. This improves consistency in long print runs and reduces variations during printing.
Recommended for users looking for a functional, stable material with a professional finish without resorting to highly complex polymers such as Nylon or PC.
Properties
PETG with carbon fiber manufactured in Spain by 3DFILS following the most rigorous quality controls.

What do our customers say about us?
Frequently Asked Questions
Find more information on our FAQ page
Why does the carbon fiber filament break ?
It's normal for carbon fiber filament to break due to the high fiber content. Don't worry, once the printed part is ready and the fibers have rearranged, it will be very resistant to impacts and tension. You may have used other carbon fiber filaments that didn't break; this is because those filaments contain carbon fiber powder, not actual fibers, resulting in lower mechanical strength.
What is the recommended nozzle for working with this filament?
This filament has a high carbon fiber content, so to avoid nozzle clogging, we recommend using a 0.6 mm nozzle. It is possible to print with a 0.4 mm nozzle, although this is not recommended. This filament cannot be used with 0.2 mm nozzles. Due to the abrasive nature of carbon fiber, we recommend using hardened steel nozzles to extend their lifespan.
Is this filament compatible with AMS or similar?
No, this material is not compatible with multi-color systems.
Do you offer special prices for professionals?
Yes, we offer special rates for professionals, businesses, and high-volume users. If you'd like to learn more, you can use the contact form on the right to request further information.
Can I pick up my order at your premises?
Yes, select the "office collection" option when paying for your product and we will prepare it for you to pick up as soon as possible.
