Manufacturers, not resellers

Two ways to print, one manufacturer

Whether you create for a hobby or produce critical parts, we manufacture the filament your project needs — in Spain, with stock and real technical support.

3DFils la fabrica de filamentos para impresoras 3D en Elche, Alicante (España)

3D Printer Filament Manufacturers in Spain

At 3DFils we are not distributors: we are manufacturers. From our plant in Alicante, we produce 3D printing filament with controlled diameter, roundness, and humidity in every batch, so that what you buy prints the same today as it will six months from now.

Our catalog covers the four families that any FDM project needs: PLA for prototypes and decorative parts, PETG for functional and resistant parts, flexible TPU in different Shore hardnesses, and ASA for parts exposed to the elements. To this, we add a technical range for demanding environments: carbon fiber, magnet-detectable for the food industry, flame retardant, and antibacterial treatment.

Manufacturing in-house allows us to control quality from start to finish and provide you with real technical support for each material. If you don't know where to start, our team will help you choose the right filament for your printer and your application.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which filament is best for a beginner in 3D printing?

PLA is the most recommended for beginners: it prints at low temperatures, does not require an intense heated bed or an enclosed chamber, and is forgiving of calibration errors. It's ideal for prototypes, decoration, and learning. When you need more strength or functional use, the next natural step is PETG.

Do your filaments work with Bambu Lab, Creality, or Prusa?

Yes. Our filaments have a diameter of 1.75 mm with controlled tolerance, compatible with almost all FDM printers on the market, including Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, and Ultimaker. For flexible materials like TPU, we recommend a direct drive extruder for best results.

What is the difference between PLA, PETG, TPU, and ASA?

PLA is rigid and easy to print, ideal for aesthetic parts. PETG offers strength and some flexibility, perfect for functional parts. TPU is flexible and elastic, designed for gaskets, covers, or footwear. ASA resists UV rays and temperature, making it ideal for outdoor parts.
